# Delivery and Payment

## Cash on Delivery

Payment for ordered products is made in cash upon receipt of the shipment, in accordance with the applicable terms and pricing policy of the **Daily Express** courier service.

Ordered products will be delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. Deliveries are carried out by **Daily Express** throughout the territory of the **Republic of Serbia**, excluding Kosovo and Metohija.

**Free delivery is available for all orders exceeding RSD 4,500.**

## Delivery Time

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible following order confirmation. Delivery times depend on the operational schedule and conditions of the courier service.

## Damaged Shipments

We kindly ask customers to inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery. If any damage to the packaging or contents is noticed, please contact the **Daily Express Customer Service Center** without delay at:

and request that the courier return to your location in order to prepare an official damage report.

The preparation of a damage report by the courier is a mandatory requirement for initiating and processing any claim or complaint. Claims submitted without the appropriate courier damage report may not be accepted.
